4 Easy Steps to get the help you need …

Step 1 …

Call or e-mail us to discuss your problem. If we can talk you through it to put it right, have that one on us. If not we'll talk you through the next steps you’ll have to take.

Step 2 …

Make sure you package your goods correctly. When you’ve wrapped it securely, labelled the package with our address and your return address, send it special delivery. Then e–mail the consignment numbers etc so we'll be expecting it.

Step 3 …

We’ll call you when it arrives. When we’ve completed the inspection and cleaned it, we’ll call you to discuss the repairs that are required – if any, and give you the full price. At D&D Tech Repairs we look for the least expensive option to get you back to work or play on your IT or Digital Electronics equipment – whatever the problem.

Step 4 …

Finally, when we recieve your payment, we’ll send your equipment back to you by special delivery.

If you live locally to us, we may be able to arrange collection/delivery. We’ll discuss that when you call.

We accept payment by cheque, postal or money order and in cash. We do advise you, however, NOT to send cash through the post!
